Pleasant but needs better housekeeping process The hotel was ok. Major disappointment was no maid service the while stay. If you need clean towels or toiletries you must get them from front desk during certain time of day. Room was clean the first day after, not so much.

This hotel was misrepresented. It was an awful experience. The refrigerator was broken. They did not change our linen the 4 days we were there. When we asked about clean linens we were abused that we could bring the linens to the front desk and we would be given clean linens to make our bed ourselves. The couch in the room was tore up by previous animals. The door had a gap ask the way around it. Awful experience. Would like to soak to management.

There was no air conditioner in the wall! Noisy, dirty, and ripped sheets. We did not enjoy our stay here.

Bad parking, why is the parking gated? I had to park on the street before check in. Just felt sketchy as well. Sometimes my key card would not work

Bad customer service. My reservation was for 3. Had to ask for towls bedding and dishes. Pool was closed. The room itself was nice with good design of room.
