Very friendly and accomodating staff. Secured entry. Booking offered free breakfast, but there was actually none. Thin walls.

Don’t use Hotels.com. Hotels apparently overbooked so I was turned away with absolutely no effort from them to contact hotels.com or offer any alternatives. I will mot use Hotels.com again

Smells terrible The elevator smells terrible and every time we walked into our room it smelled like cigarettes. The shower felt like we were going to fall through every time we used it. Would not stay here again.

Not a Pleasant Stay!!!!!!! We stayed at Woodspring Suites for 10 Days, not once did they clean my room (room service). All their advertisements say they clean biweekly, Wrong!! When I asked the front desk out it, they told me I have to request my room to be clean. So I requested my room to be cleaned, three days later still not done. I spoke with the room service lady myself, she told me if I stay two weeks I get room service. The front desk hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, I had to go to a convenience store to buy toilet pape... read more
