Horrible Showed up for my CONFIRMED reservation for 14 days only to find out they were overbooked and cancelled it. They said they tried to contact me. I was actually happy after seeing it. Very rundown, very sketchy people in building and around parking lot. Will never book again!
The rooms are filthy, laminate flooring never mopped, counters were sticky, tons of dog hair behind lounge chair cushion, bathroom curtain is never washed it smells like a wet rag. Refrigerator had previous occupant’s food left. Microwave had spaghetti splatter thru out. Hallways are stained very badly, pet feces and trash. One elevator functions oddly and is trashy. Charged extra for towels, pots, dishes. Closet has no hangers. Housekeeping comes biweekly. No one follows mask mandate and everywhere you go it smells like wee... read more

Nightmare stay This hotel stay was cut short. I was ill due to brown water. I had turned on the tub faucet in the bathroom to find a bunch of brown water coming out. This was the 8th day morning of the 9th day of the stay. I was ill and vomiting so left. I cancelled a full day early and they were mean about it. They would not give a refund for the day I left due to their water issues. I was not aware the water had been turned off till they told me. I was charged a 12 dollar surprise fee that was not mentioned.
No room service and the front desk people are rude and careless.
