Charlette the gm is very rude and stalks you through out your stay she is very disrespectful and will do anything to ruin your stay there. Not a good hotel to stay at all. She needs to get fired and not be a gm if shes gonna disrepecting the customers

Booked this place as it was advertised as pet-friendly. When it was time to check in, she told me in fact that pets were NOT welcome. Total waste of money and time. Don't advertise being pet-friendly if you are not.

There were piles of dirt left in the hallway that nobody had cleaned up. I overall I would say just unsatisfactory

I was booked and paid for when I got there the reservation did not go through I had to leave and go pay for another hotel somewhere else I need a refund I cannot get anybody from your company to get back with me

Hidden costs Everything has an extra cost. Even though it’s pushed as an extended stay, no pots, pans, silverware or plates are offered for free. One set of silverware costs $30. The internet is useless, unless you pay for it, and then only 2 devices are allowed. It was the worst “extended stay” hotel I’ve been to and I’ve been to every one in this area.
