Front desk staff is so rude and acts put out by even small requests. I felt like I was checking into jail (I used to work in a jail and spoke more kindly to detainees than Charlotte spoke to me). Very abrasive and condescending. Made me want to leave asap!!

This was the opposite of hospitality place itself is fine & clean but the service was absolutely terrible. It was almost funny it was so bad. There is nobody at the front desk when you get there you have to call the phone number and then after while somebody shows up. Holes in the walls and bathroom door. No toiletries provided. Elevator did work and we had heavy multiple bags and were on 4th floor
Overbooked and This hotel overbooked us and didn’t call us until the last minute only 20 minutes before our arrival. We were traveling with our baby and a dog, and they really screwed us on this one. For some reason our cell phones were down and had no service, and this hotel didn’t even have an office phone to let me use or some sort of a business area they could let me use to find another hotel with a room. I will NEVER stay at a Woodspring suites after this experience. Totally unacceptable.
We got to the hotel after hours and no one was at the front desk. We had to call and we only were able to get in because someone took a smoke break at 11:30pm. Our bedroom for four people had 2 towels so two of us had to share one. Lastly, as we left at 8am, again, there was no body at the front desk. It was all very frustrating.

SCAM!!!!! Even though I prepaid for this room with Hotels.com, WoodSprings required me to pay again at check in with a different credit card. So I ended up paying for this room twice. Hotels.com customer service has yet to issue me a refund. It’s not right to have people prepay and then be charged again on arrival. They also rent out damaged rooms and refuse to give the customer anything in writing saying the damage was already there at check in.
