Rude staff!!! Parece que as pessoas da recepção fazem o favor de te atender e ainda são grossas. Recusaram papel higiênico para mim, e está escrito uma limpeza por estadia mas não tem nenhuma.

Stay away Blood stains on the floor. Sinks dirty. No shower curtain. Vent has never been cleaned. This is truly a shelter for homeless people who can afford paying a low rate. Pot smell everywhere.

I was traveling to attend an important event in that area. I selected to stay at this place specific because it offers a kitchen and I was traveling with my baby, and the kitchen would be useful to make my baby’s food and bottles. I wasn’t expecting to have a kitchen with tons of items I could use, so I packed my baby’s bowls and spoons but thought they would have basics items. I hated my stay No better than a Motel 6 at twice the price. They charge your card upfront. NO REFUND. They give you policy to sign AFTER they charge your card. No breakfast at all. they shutdown the front desk at 5:00. There are homeless sleeping in the lobby because nobody is at the clerk window after five. Construction crew working in rooms at 2 AM. Not a single smile from any staff. No carpet, no pictures on the wall, bed spread is more like a sheet. They make you pay an up charge for Internet streaming of video and $34 ... read more
