Avoid at all cost Called me 10 minutes before they closed while I was at dinner then cancelled my room because I couldnt make it to check in before 10pm (leaving dinner and going to the hotel would have been at lease 15) then because I wasnt there they cancelled my whole stay because they had overbooked the next night. Then to make it all even better they still tried to charge me for the 2 nights I didnt sleep there Avoid at all cost
Stay anywhere else but here! Horrible customer service frontdesk women was more concerned with being on her phone then helping us check in we were also charged for days we didnt stay there will never stay with any of these hotels within their chain due to this experience in Centennial Colorado
The young lady that's at the front desk had an attitude EVERY TIME I talked to her. Very very rude. They are supposed to be open until 11 but you'd be lucky to get help after 7. Awful service. Never again
Is this place even open?? Upon arrival, the place appeared to be closed, with no one in sight. There was no one at the front desk to check me in and it looked like a ghost town. Ended up going down the road to another hotel. The other hotel said that many people have had the same experience as me. It was unfortunate and very inconvenient!!
