TERRIBLE! Staff is unfriendly and rude. Noise level extreme all around including a barking dog. Would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone.

The staff was rude and obnoxious. Wouldn't let me in to use restroom. Came out and confronted me in quarrelsome manner. Somehow decided that I "wouldn't like it there" and unilaterally cancelled did not offer to pay for the extra Lyft ride I needed because they cancelled the reservation.

On the day of my stay, right as I am about to board my flight to go to Denver, I received a call from someone at the hotel telling me that my stay was being cancelled because they had no rooms. I had to do a last minute scramble to find other accommodations.

When I showed up to check-in, I was informed that they did not have my reservation on file. I offered to show them confirmation email but they refused. They then told me my room had been cancelled by “corporate” for some reason. I had to scramble and find other arrangements at 8:30pm.

Lockdown at Sundown It was like staying at a jail. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. First I had to provide my ID, not a problem, then the front desk sheriff told me that he wanted ID's for anyone that will be going into the hotel room during the day, and that he would need to know make model and license plate of my vehicle, but would need all the information for any vehicles that will be on property during my visit, and that they will tow any unauthorized vehicles off the premises. Don't stay here!!!! On Friday July 1st I get a call from Mackenzie at the front desk. She asked me if I would be leaving or extending my stay. I informed her that ai would be extending my stay. On Saturday morning around 9: 30 as I'm getting ready to go downstairs to pay she comes knocking on my door telling my boyfriend that we would need to leave because she overbooked our room!
