The room wasn't even clean and It was so hot in the room as well
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE JUST DON'T. The entire place has a bad smell. Our room smelled like smoke, though they claim to be a smoke free facility. The room was not clean at all. Food under the TV and a thick layer of dust almost everywhere. The front desk lady was very short with me and showed no customer interaction skills at all. I think this may double as a homeless shelter. It was VERY loud all night. People yelling and even fighting. We did not sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE
Not clean, trash on floor, food crumbs on bed sheets, the bathroom door had a huge hole, the bathroom fan was falling apart, there was no lotion or Kleenex
Price was great. However everything else was very disappointing. I was handed keys to a room that was dirty and pizza boxes everywhere. Front desk was very sorry. Next room was on the 4th floor. It was somewhat clean. Skittles on the floor, juice in the fridge and childrens gummys in the cabinets. I could have called down and said something but figured nobody really cares there.
So the desk lady assigned someone else our room and they came in on us!! Then targeted was someone else coming in it was bad
I’ve never had stayed at a hotel where the guests were so rude, people were jumping around and yelling all night long and the staff at the hotel said they could do nothing about it! It was out of control on how there guests acted, manager was very rude and not helpful at all!
Honestly I never left a bad review before but this pleas just something else. We had people above us who were so loud that we could not sleep all night and we just went to this hotel to spend the night because reviews said it’s quit, well it’s not. Walls and ceiling are soooo thin you can hear people breathing. When we went downstairs to check out and we spoke to general manager John, who was checking us out he couldn’t care less of how was our stay.
