the bed was uncomfortable, linen was cheap. For it being an extended stay place there was NOTHING in the room for me to be able to use in the kitchen, the noise from the floor above was so loud
There was no bathroom door. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Hotel details on Expedia were not complete. Full kitchen with no dishes, silverware or cooking supplies
I was booking two queen beds but they gave me only one queen size bed and told me all the rooms are full.
Booked a room with 2 queen size beds. Received confirmation from WoodSpring however when i showed up with my family the room had only 1 queen bed. When I went to the desk I was informed no other rooms available. Magically, after inquiring about the confirmation I received, a room with a single queen bed became available. Horrible. It was horrible. I got charged 3 times on my credit card. They came up to my room early and knocked very rudely saying that it was time for me to check out, when they messed up on there side. I was randomly charged $91 dollars and they said they can't see it on there side why. So I gotta call my bank to figure it out. The beds were dirty when I got to the room. They had no lotion. And the wifi isn't free.
It was good overall but when we went outside to get our stuff some girls were fighting outside. I'm pretty sure they were employees after they finished the fight they just went back in like nothing happened. It was just so uncomfortable.
Long hair in shower on walls, in drain cover, and on floors. Beds very firm. Very noisy rooms alot of noise from floors above.
