We had to wait almost 3 hrs to get a room that was booked a week in advance. Then they let others check in before us and never came over to let us know what was going on. There is no Ice machine. And even though there is a kitchen they don’t give you anything to use for it.
The fact there is not a front desk attendant available all night. My last night the people in the room kept us up all night due tonscreaming and fighting. There was nobody to call to quiet them, there was nobody around when I needed to leave in the morning. The fact there is no ice machine on the campus! Every "residential" hotel I've stayed out has always supplied kitchen stuff like plates, pans, cups ect. I will not recommend this hotel and is no where worth the money i paid!
After driving all day we arrived to find out they were over booked and our reservations were not honored. We couldn’t find anything else in the area, so we had to settle for a property we wouldn’t normally stay at a lot further away.
When I arrived the clerk was rude, and did not save our room. I am currently awating a refund as I had to drive home 3 hours. Front desk help was rude, not only to myself, but to other customers ahead of me. She recorded me saying I was being "belligerent" I will never ATTEMPT to go back to that hotel!
The whole place stank
To bad my room very dirty never come back again this place
Got there and didn’t have the proper room requested, husband had to sleep on the floor. Next morning told all rooms were full so they had no room for us even though reservation was made 6 months in advance. Room we did get that was wrong was dirty, old food in the refrigerator, not cleaned out.
The are so hard it is like sleeping on a piece of plywood
