The desk is impossible to contact and my room was not ready for me to stay in and they almost turned me away when I showed up. They said they "forgot to call me" but since I had no where else to stay I agreed to stay in the room with a maintenance problem. I left after one night in that room because it was incredibly dirty, there was a hole in both the bathroom door and in the wall, and the entire place smelled like bleach. My wife, son, and I arrived at the hotel around noon and try to check in early but we were told there were no clean rooms available and it would be about an hour. So we accept that and leave and spend some time in town. Well we come back at 3 and there still weren't any rooms ready yet. So once again we leave and come back at 4 still no clean rooms. Everyone was smoking in this nonsmoking hotel and the staff was rude when i complained about it.

When I went to check in the room we booked hadn't been cleaned. The front desk lady didn't have access to the computer system to be able to open the room and then check us in. It took over 45 minutes to clean said room. Mind you it was 9pm when we arrived and didn't even get into the room until almost 10pm. Also when I arrived there was a very heavy smell of marijuana present in the lobby. When asked about it it was shrugged off. I did NOT notice the smell any further into the hotel or in our room so that was a blessing.

We got in about 10pm to check in no one at the desk so we had to call and it took over 20 minutes fir the lady to come

HORRIBLE Hotel was nice. However they were over booked and placed us in a room that had 1 bed when I booked 6 months prior for a 2 bed room. My 4 year old had to sleep on the floor on a pallet due to them not having a cot or ANY 2 bed rooms available for the whole week. I am waiting for a refund. I have called them and my bank and my bank says they don’t have anything coming in on their end. (I work at a bank I know how things go).
