Staff accused me of smoking in my room...I quit over a year ago. Stupid.
People were smoking which made its way into the room. Other guests were loud well past 1am. Sink in room was clogged and couldn’t be used. Reported after arriving and it was never fixed. Tub was dirty. Carpet looked pretty disgusting

Stained sheets. Stained bathtub. No body care products provided. No utensils in the kitchen area. Beds had crumbs and hair all over them. Dirty towels. Couldn’t access building from side doors using room key. Overall felt very dirty and rundown.

First they had me wait for more than half hour it was nobody in the lobby for at least half hour and then when the lady show up I told her I was waiting for 15 to 20 minutes and she say don’t call me a liar I Donely been gone for like five or 10 minutes so she treated me really really bad I do not recommend this place the ladies name is Jean

SOLD ME A ROOM THEY DIDN'T HAVE I purchased a room late-night when stranded at Denver airport. I could only get a Queen. I called to see if they could bring a rollaway for my 22-year old son, as I am his mother, and they said DON'T COME. WE ARE OVERSOLD. WE HAVE NO ROOMS. I CANNOT REFUND YOU, you have to go to Hotels.com. Hotels.com has not refunded after multiple attempts. DON'T RISK IT ON THIS HOTEL.
