Disgusting Nasty room, broken outlets, tv didnt work. Crusty bed, cigarette burns, just a nasty ass experience.

All that is provided in the listed breakfast that is from 6am to 930 is a breakfast bar nothing else haha, dont list something that you dont provide. Also it lists coffee is available which it is instantly put away at 930am. They use so much bleach when doing laundry that the 1st floor and lobby honestly smell like there is a pool there which they dont have one.

I felt like I was more in a hostile than at a hotel. I dropped a pair of black pants on the floor when I was unpacking and when I picked them up they were full of pet hair and dirt. Then having to go to the front desk when you run out of toilet paper is just unprofessional. There was mold around the tub, part of the wall falling apart and the electrical plug near the sink would trip every time I tried to plug something into it. I went to sleep at 1130pm at night and when I went to check in, I was denied - over capacity. Unprofessional - I should have gotten a courtesy call.

The first room that I had, the tv remote did not work, had to switch it twice. the room smelled and to top it off the shower was pointing to the celling making it impossible to shower.

Worst of the Worst..POOR QUALITY The moment I checked in(I wanted to check out!)I will Not return to this Hotel! My room was filthy,nasty,dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke,and cheap male" cologne! There was no microwave in the room,the sheets looked like someone had already slept there,and the bathroom sink had male hair and whiskers laying in the sink.
