Worst service of ANY kind of ANY service PERIOD! I have rarely, if ever, been treated so rudely. I had to travel an hour and a half from Colorado Springs, leaving my daughter and family behind because they had no room. I had a RESERVATION at this location, only to arrive and be told that they had overbooked. They offered NOTHING in return, and this includes helping me find another room. Wouldn't stay here again. It was the worst hotel in the area that we wanted to stay in. No services, not even maid service unless you stay a week or longer. If you wanted towels or anything you had to go to the office to get them. A simple but unimpressive room. No amenities to speak of.

The only good thing that I can say was that the front desk staff was nice. That's it! The place felt like a drug den with people smoking cigarettes and weed right outside of the rooms, had to walk past people fighting with significant others over the phone to get to/from my room multiple times (very uncomfortable). The only room numbers were very small next to each room, so you had to drive around and get in/out of your car to try to find where your room was located.
