Only a bedspread on bed. No blanket, no pillow cases. Staff would only give me more bedspreads. Was supposed to be a non smoking room but melled of cigarettes. Floor was dirty. Don't let the pretty pictures fool you, this place is a dump.

This the worst experience I’ve had ever with hotels. I came at night to check in, but there was nobody at the front desk. I tried multiple times to call the number they have there to get help but there’s no help I also called the corporate but they couldn’t check me in so I had to sleep in my car😌

Hotels.com Overbooks Intentionally You, hotels.com, overbooked and we had no place to stay. You did this to us in Lawrence, KS a couple years ago. Then, you make it very difficult to get a refund, which most people probably don’t bother due to the hassle. This is your shady business model. Folks, boycott this business and delete the app.
