Man, what to say.. I’ve stayed here years ago, and stayed again AUG 2020 and my god it’s just gotten worse.. I like these hotels due to convenience, kitchen, price etc.. never freaking again, the front desk people weren’t very friendly or efficient. I couldn’t check in until after 5 when it’s supposed to be three.. smh no, not again ever. Property was disgusting.. rooms gross and unclean..
Terrible Booked my room I got there and my room was dirty told me there were no more rooms and they had to send me to another property which was 100 miles away
My room was not available until 2hrs after check in
Bad business for customer service. They were overbooked and diverted my stepson - for whom we booked the room for nine nights - to a different location. At that location, my stepson stayed five nights and they have failed to issue a refund for the four nights not used.
There were issues with gun shots, people fighting and ambulances showing up all night long.
