I had a late flight in we called to inform them that I would be checking in but it wouldn’t be until after 11 due to my flight the front desk Repersentive was very rude and stated well I won’t be here so I don’t know what you will do. No one was available to check me in at 3pm for my reservation. I returned at 8:30pm and was told there were no rooms available. I requested a refund which was given to me and then had to search for another hotel that had available rooms for the night. I will never book a room with this hotel again.

"We see your booking, but we have no rooms left" I didn't realize a place could possibly be unprofessional enough to have your reservation on file and just not have a room reserved for you. We got in after a day of driving at 11pm and it was super frustrating trying to navigate this at this time. The bathroom sink had someone’s trimmed facial hair all over the sink and the knob to turn on water was broken. They had folded clean towels right next to dirty sink. Room stunk of cigarette smoke like someone had been smoking in there for years. After leaving everything I had in the room with me now also stinks of cigarettes. All the trim missing in kitchenett, food substance dried onto the floor at the end of the bed, what i hope was a rust stain on the end of the sheet, toilet flush button under the counter and hard to find.
