The heater did not work at all. Was cold the entire night. Staff not able to fix until I checked out.. what a joke

The night front desk agent was very kind, professional and helpful. However, the lady working days was rude and condescending! She is one of the main reasons we won’t be returning. The other reasons: no running water in kitchen sink, the shower water temp switched back and forth to extreme temps without turning the knobs to adjust temp! The floors were so filthy that my white socks turned black after just two hours. I reported to fda and she didn’t do nor say anything about it.

When arrived to the location at 11:30 pm. The desk clerk directed me to the wrong side of the complex. My room; there was trash under my bed. The cooling unit did not work but came on later. The remote control was missing. They do replace it; however, the replacement didn’t work. I was told by the desk attendant that a breakfast package was served at 6:00 am. When I came to check out at 6:00 am, the lobby door was locked and their signage said that the office did not open until 7:00 am. Therefore, there was no staff there to... read more

The front desk and manager were so rude that I would pay twice as much to avoid staying at this property again.

Trash setting in the halls, rude staff, didn't have the reservation correct for 4 nights so we were told we had to leave.

I thought that since the hotel was in the denver tech center that it would be a nice stay. When I arrived the guy at the front deak said they didnt have my reservation and asked if giving me abother was fine. Since thats not a huge imposition I agreed. After this I confirmed "you provide breakfast here?" As this was the reason (along with needing wifi) I booked the stay at this location. Went to check in and they told me they gave a way my reserved rrom amd that they were bow overbooked. I still have bot seen a refund on my payment.
