My hubby and son called me immediately after they arrived at your facility. My husband said the room with 2 queen beds was so dirty that he had to ask for another room. They gave him a one bed queen for him and my husband to share. But that room was just as bad. He took pictures. The sheets were dirty, the tub had a thick yellow scum and they found pills in the corner of the room. Unacceptable in every way. Room has smoking sign but has strong cigarette smell, made all my clothes smell cigarette smoke. Bathroom has no exhaust fan, curtains not washed with strong cigarette smell. All surfaces in the room are sticky, unclean. I'm frustrated. Happy being out of there.

Queen bed had two lumpy pillows and one thin blanket (this is December in Denver). The hard surface floors had NOT if ever been mopped. Everywhere there were grimey fingerprints, and don’t even start with me on the bathroom. I went without bathing for 3 days it was so dirty!

This place has a ton of people that seem to be living at this place. Trash is piled under stairwells. Feels unsafe. The check in was ridiculous. Staff was confused on what rooms they had checked people in. Initially was given keys to an occupied room.😳. That was after waiting for close to an hour determining what room was not occupied. Apparently the other rooms were not cleaned and from overhearing a conversation with the staff/management; this is how they operate routinely. The second night the door would not open. Bedbugs: gross There were bedbugs in the room. Smelled terrible. Truly an awful experience. Checked out a night early because of the bedbugs. Never staying there again

Just terrible I understand with the cost of rent people have to do what is needed. A lot of people live at the hotel, but i feel as if one particular building should be for those individuals. The bed wad beyond hard and cheap, pillows are flat. Trash was everywhere. They only had 2 staff members working and no house keeping or maintenance to even try and keep it clean. They canceled my reservation at the last minute due to overbooking, but still charged my card.

The staff was mostly pleasant. The room was decent, but the tub wouldn't drain while showering. There was never hot water.
