The fridge door was stuck closed with some goo. The floor was sprinkled with gooeing spots. I spent an hour cleaning and disinfecting myself. The drains were stuck. The suite had not been cleaned. The hardware in the bathroom (such as shower curtains, towel racks, bathtub edges were rusted. A true safety and health hazard.

The staff was unprofessional. I set up an early check-in because I was going to a party I got there at 11:30 they did not have a room available. They had a woman there who is just uncaring and said can’t help you. I waited for four hours in different stores and 39° weather with the rain. When I finally got my room I had to change quickly there were no pots and pans or anything promised for extended-stay. The room reeked of cigarette smoke everywhere. The check-in lobby smelled terrible. I got to my room (suite) and BOTH bathrooms smelled like stale cigarettes. The carpet was uneven and felt dirty. The bathroom floor had hair and an old hair pin on it. The cabinet was duck taped together (literal duck tape!) The light in the room flickered horribly. The shower leaked and heat was inconsistent. Disgusted and unamused Room was looked clean but after a stroll from bed to bathroom socks told a very dark story shower was FILTHY, toilet seat was loose and shifty, curtains in main room were hanging. Upon pulling down sheets for a night of sleep pubic hairs were visible midway down bed, long hairs under 2 pillows. Gladly the second bed was clean and unused. However a double is much tighter fit after 31 years of marriage compared to our king bed at home.

Guests were loud all night. Guests were beating on doors and yelling. Car doors opened and closed all night.

I booked online and showed up to the hotel and was told they had no rooms. I was on the phone for over 2 hrs for Hotels.com to arrange another hotel for me to stay at. I would like to be contacted by a supervisor.

Never again… Horrible, old motel. Not worth what they charge. Sheriffs dept.arrived one night at three in the morning. Banged on the door of a room across the way for 30 minutes before finally breaking a window to get in. We left the next day to stay somewhere else.
