It was dirty, paint coming off the walls, television had a 5-6 inch black line down the middle of the screen. Person at the desk was rude and slow.

What a terrible experience !!! Please do not stay at this hotel. This hotel should have lower rating than whats given by me The Room Key never worked, I had to go back to the reception twice and it still did not work !!! The Bathroom was extremely unclean, there are no trash cans whatsoever around the room ; Bed was noisy and a very bad smell emanating from the room ! Please save your money and find a better place somewhere else. Lots of hotels close by. Also very bad customer Service, The man at the counter was not attentiv... read more

Just broken, dirty, holes in ceilings, no shower curtains, broken room windows. They will tow your car if you back in to park.

The room was not at all as described. My room was on the back side, 2nd floor, at the very far end. I was afraid to touch any surfaces after seeing all flat areas covered with razor blade cuts. Very sketchy area. I made sure I was back before dark for safety reasons. I will not book here again.

Very unsatisfied The room smelled like I don’t know what it was, but it had an odor to it that would not go away. The floor was sticky and dirty. There was still cleaning product on the side of the tub inside of the tub and on the outside of the tub to the floor. It did not work at all like the pictures that was presented on Hotels.com. I felt unsafe and lots of street action was going on in the parking lot through the night.

When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room key to a room that was occupied. We entered someone else’s room while he was asleep. Then we were told to wait 30 minutes for another room to be cleaned. After 30 minutes of waiting we were told housekeeping was gone for the night and were asked if we wanted to clean our own room. Finally we were taking to a handicapped room that was filthy and smelled like pee. There was blood splatter on the walls. Horrible place to stay.
