Janky at best! Our bathroom had several old soaps still stuck to the shower shelves. Lots of hair in the shower. So gross. We both woke up with sore backs from the broken down bed and congestion from the “non-smoking” room. We just made check-in. We’re on a long drive and got to the hotel at 11:04. We caught the receptionist as she was packing up for the night. A few minutes later and we would have lost our reservation without a refund. Phew. All the hotel hallways need vacuumed and scrubbed. We found bed bugs & the rooms were not clean our bathroom smelled like pee and the floors were very dirty, I’m so disappointed

Weary Travelers The front desk employee was Very Nice and Helpful. She helped us upgrade one of the 3 rooms we reserved BUT.... the bed in my room had hair, crumbs, and some other unknown substance on the sheet. The other two rooms were in good condition. THEN, at 3:30 a.m. there was a dog barking in the next room. The constant barking lasted for TWO HOURS. This is not an exaggeration.

The first room they sent us to had: 1)clogged bathroom sink; 2) air-conditioning outlet wide open & non-compliant with electrical code; 3) 2 of three lights did not work. They moved us to a room without these issues. The rear entrance, clearly marked "do not prop open" was propped open when we left. That is, "they do not have open/closed door sensors and do not check the door manually". A security issue. YIKES! We are not going back there again even though convenient to get to our relative's house.

You advertised breakfast but only served cold coffee and grab and go muffin. Property very dirty…hall way carpets filthy. Staff smoking out front/front entrance door. TV not working. Online info misleading. Absolutely will NEVER stay here again!!!!

The hotel overbooked themselves. We were never notified. We drove down and Expedia was supposed to get us another place to stay but there weren’t any other rooms and we don’t have anywhere to stay. Not at this hotel, not at another one. We had to just drive back home. 8 hours wasted and all that gas.

We'll not be staying again Should have read the reviews before we stayed here. The outside looks nice but once you walk indoors the smell of curry smacks you in the face. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and when the elevator doors opened the curry smell was even more overpowering. We tried to air out our room from the stench, we couldn't get the windows open at first but once we did, it wouldn't stay open. Had to prop it open with a shelf board from one of the cupboards.
