The place was not taken care of at all. The electric plugs were exposed and broken. The light fixture was missing the cord to plug in. My daughters bed was leaning down on the top side so she was laying almost with her head below her body level. I killed multiple german cockroaches so i was afraid to take clothes out of the luggage so it stayed in my luggage the whole time. And corporate only has one person working at most times. Worst stay ever!!! First of all, I would never recommend this hotel to any friends or family, or strangers for that matter… they had refugees staying there, they were loud and not considerate of others. One worker in lobby, refrigerator leaked, rooms have roaches, dip in the floor, plugs hanging out of the wall, bed was leaning to one side, no room service, continental breakfast consist of coffee and dollar store mini muffin and fig bar, and the list goes on!! No hot water.

Positives: Good and quick service checking in and out. Negatives: Bathroom had what looks like used soap and lotion, had an odor left from previous renter, molds in the shower clog, overall room was humid, limited breakfast options.

I did not check in and try to cancel these reservations and my card still got charged so I'm currently disputing the charges.

No way to check in...no one at front desk Confirmation said check in until 12:00 it was ll:30 PM and no one at the desk. Front door standing wide open. Called on Courtesy Phone to bring someone to the front desk. No answer...just rang and rang. Called from my cell phone...just rang and rang. 15 minutes later someone finally came through the front desk in a hurry, as if she was just showing up for work. Wish I had taken photos.
