Loved this hotel and Des Moines Spacious, clean rooms. Very accommodating - they accepted all 3 pets with whom we are traveling cross country. Des Moines is a very nice Midwest city. This was our favorite Extended Stay hotel out of the 4 we stayed in.

Nice stay Nice hotel exelent bed the most of the staff was friendly and helpful except for the one had his feet on the desk. Very unprofessional

Not Good Was not impressed with this Extended Stay. Room had a very musty, stale oder that would not go away regardless of how long you left the air on. A friend who was staying here as well had to go to the hospital due to the bites she received by the bedbug infestation in her room. The hospital did report Extended Stay to the Health Department. I in all good conscious would not recommend staying here.

Sticky floors in kitchen and bath. Good bed. Need a sharp knife in kitchen set.

Not our favorite place to stay This extended stay facility did not meet our expectations ... and was not as nice as other Extended Stays that we have used .. It was not equipped with enough kitchen items and ran out of towels, hair dryers, shampoo, etc .. For the most part it was clean except for the floors which were sticky and grimy.

priced right Easy off the highway location, microwave, large frig, sink and cupboards in kitchen area, but no dishes. Grab and go breakfast was good enough for a start in the morning, (breakfast bars, oatmeal, muffins) Very nice staff and reasonable price
