Convenient, cost effective and spacious. We were on our way from Colorado back to Wisconsin. This was the perfect place to stay with our little one. A full sized fridge, sink to wash bottles, comfy bed and close to plenty of places to pick up essentials, dinner and starbucks in the morning. We even got to utilized the fitness center. Safe, comfy and affordable.

A hotel for the down and out This hotel gave us a roof over our head, not much more. The carpets in our room were stained. When we went to heat up the oven the room filled with smoke from a previous occupant's greasy dinner filling the roasting pan in the bottom of the oven. The guests in the room above us were up all night moving around and we ran into rough-looking characters in the hall. One out of the three pieces of gym equipment was broken. Not great but not too bad. With the amenities of an extended stay motel, the furnishings are very plain. It was nice to have the extra space as we entertained a friend for a short time before going out to dinner the evening of our stay. Good enough for the money.

a small problem everything was just fine. the staff was friendly. one of the outside doors did not work and the staff said it had been broken for a while, so maybe that could be fixed.

Stinks of Smoke The hotel room and lobby stinked of cigar smoke.Altough we has a non smoking room i guess the surrounding rooms were smoking and the airconditioning must have filled the room with smoke smell..They would need to replace their filters and the elevator reeked of cigar smell

Not bad for the price We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for one night in the West Des Moines/Clive/Urbandale area. The search engine gave us StudioPlus as the least expensive hotel. It's basic no frills. The rooms were pleasantly large although we didn't need the kitchenette and extra space. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable and the TV was circa 2000, but we felt we got a good bargain for the money.

Studio - inplace of Hotel Outside and parking situation are very good. Inside is a bit older looking but the quality was very good. Room was very comfortable, stove; fridge; microwave and plates and utensils were in the room. For the price was very eager and got much more than would have with hotel. Full size appliances and location was awesome. Anything and place is in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
