Average Spacious room with a pull out sofa. Worked great for my purpose of a one night stay with friends while in town for a concert. Biggest disappointment was booking the room for 4 people but our room only had 2 sets of towels & washcloths. My pet peeve is having to call the front desk to ask for more towels when the room was booked for 4 people.

Worth the money On my way to Des Moines Iowa on business, I recieved a phone message stating that I was not going to be able to stay at the hotel that I had planned to when I left for Des Moines. When I arrived in Des Moines, I went online and found a room at this hotel. I found it very easy to make my last minute reservation. When I arrived that evening, the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Very Clean Very clean and pleasant stay. This is the second time have stayed here and will do so again. Good bargain for the price. Check your room early if you think you may need extra amenities so you can pick up the extras, i.e. hair dryer, extra coffee packet for the morning. There is no room service for this type of request.

Great weekly rates and everything provided for you Some of the room needed to have maintenance but overall a great room. EI; ceiling patches, cobwebs in the corners of the PTAC and small amounts of dirt on the vinyl in the bathroom. Front office team is wonderful, one housekeeper was awesome and the other lacked personality. For the price it is well worth it. Full kitchen with everyday dishes and pans for cooking, coffee pot and coffee provided. Fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Weekly cleaning service.

Good impression It was very nice to have a kitchen in our room. The place was clean and overall pretty comfortable. The bed could have been a bit more cozy, but it was fine.

Great experience This was my first experience at an extended stay hotel. Although I only stayed one night, I would definitely choose this hotel again. I liked having a kitchenette available. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rate was reasonable.

Great hotel with kitchen convenience We certainly enjoyed our stay.It was very clean and comfortable. Could use a hairdryer
