Smelly Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, however my room smelled like dead fish. Staff tried spraying deoderizer on several occasions but was only a temporary fix. At no point was I offered a different room.
Was ok - not what expected The room was ok. Needs some updating...worn looking. The suite was smaller than depicted in photos provided. Kitchen area was ok. Described as fully stocked...there were no cooking utensils, only 2 glasses. My biggest complaint was that the pool was supposed to open at 9am and it was still not opened when we left at 10:30. Had some very disappointed kids.
