This room was infested with bed bugs Worst experience ever in a hotel room. It was infested with bed bugs the night manager acknowledges the problem and tried to find us a room without bed bugs but was unable to find one. The day shift denies the bed bug issue and refused us compensation. Do not stay here.

God Awful They scheduled deep window and building cleaning to be completed at 7am. So, on a Saturday I was woken up at 7 am to the sound of a high pressure washer on my window and surrounding area. After over an hour I packed my stuff up and left.

Breakfast consisted of an apple. Lobby was shut down. Won't stay there again.

Not very clean The hall smelled bad though the room was ok. The room was outdated and not very well cared for...cobwebs in corner of windows, caulking smeared all over on tub, etc. It was the least cared for Extended Stay I have stayed in. Would choose another one if I had the choice.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! This is the sorriest excuse for a hotel! The toliet was plugged and had looked like it had been plugged before and flooded the bathroom because floor was warped. The smell through the whole hotel was rancid. The carpet in the hallways had dirty worn paths that continued into dirty carpeted room. Simply unbelievable how a place like this stays in business!

Filthy, disgusting If this room was offered free, I would not recommend it. Everything smelled like smoke, even our pillows. I walked across the carpet without shoes on and my feet were black! The toilet didn't work and there was no shampoo. The room may have been cheap but I would never stay there again. On top of it all, the "grab and go" breakfast was a joke.

Very Disappointed This area where this hotel is located is fine, but other than that, it was a mess. It used to be another hotel where residents lived and the hotel did not do much to improve it. The room we had was a non-smoking room which you could tell used to be a smoking room. The room has a musty smell and so did the hallway. The hotel has weekly rates and it looked like others were actually living here. Overall, would not stay again even if the room was free!

Not the best for the $$ My room reeked of heavy perfume like they were trying to cover up some other bad smell. No shampoo, the feather top mattress has been flipped upside down so I had to sleep on the very hard, uncomfortable bottle side of the mattress, wondering the while time what disgusting stain I would find if I flipped it back over. Bathroom door had coffee or other all down one side so it obviously didn't get cleaned. Old ,dirty, smelled like smoke, did not clean room or change sheets, a total dump!
