Completely disgusting, not a non-smoking hotel. Very dated, whole building reeks of smoke. We had to scramble and find a different place to stay late at night.

Expensive room for the quality I am tired of staying in extended stay hotels where I am supposedly provided with a "non-smoking" room, but the room reeks of stale smoke which either comes from the ventilation system, or indicates that the room was originally a smoking room and the smell has never dissipated. Having a fresh and clean smelling room, that doesn't pollute my hair and clothes, would make my stay more enjoyable. This seems to happen frequently with the Extended Stay family of hotels. Great price but short on room cleanlines The staff was attentive and courteous but the room was not properly cleaned. It appeared as though perhaps the sheets were not changed and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned.

Works if all you need is a place to rest Upon check-in I was informed we only had a queen bed and not a sofa sleeper in the room as was described. The Hotel attendant informed us that the hotel was completely booked and we were demoted because demand was high. I also was told that there was a recliner that my daughter could sleep on because there were no other rooms available. Needless to say we had to share the bed. Tottally bummed The hotel is in major need for upgrades. The staff was eating at the desk when i arrived. They gave me the wrong person check in info. The 3rd floor was supposedly non smoking but wreaked of cigarettes. The couch in the room was disgusting. frayed and tattered cushions as well. I covered it immediately with a blanket. Second day the fire alarm went off and the elevator shut down. I requested to move to the lower level.
