poor service When checking out I was told I could not have a reciept; I would have to request one from Expedia which was not who I booked through. Will not stay there again.

Great place if you are a pet owner Bed was rock hard, not soft at all. The room had a very bad odor to it. The smell did eventually get better to the point of NOT wanting to throw up. The "breakfast bar" can be much better. What I really like is the shower, because it had soft water instead of hard water. Water pressure wasn't bad, but can use some work. The outdoor pool was GREAT!!!!

awful They put me in a dirty room that had not been touched by maid service.
eh okay It was under renovation but very dirty. Pool closed alot due to chemical imbalance.
the staff was very friendly. The room was supposed to be smoke free and smelled terrible. My clothes smelled like smoke when got home. The pull out couch was broken.
Neglected Hotel Both the shower and the kitchen sink drained so slowly you thought they were clogged. I ended up standing in 5 inches of water in a 10 minute shower. Room cleanliness and amenities were very lacking, and the walls were paper thin. The worst thing - they do not use a water softener and you could never completely feel rinsed.
Hotel Needs work This is directed to management: Hotel elevator smells of smoke big time!!! Hotel hall ways are dirty. The least you can do is clean(not just vacuum) them at all times. TV in gym is not good. My room was not well cleaned. Sofa had some kind of animal hair/fur and bath tub was not well scrubbed. I have stayed at this place many times in the past and I never complain but this time around I was hugely disappointed! Wake up!
