Awful The stay was not a good experience. The room was dirty, the hall was not very clean, the heat/air was not working correctly, the appliances showed parts that had been apparently burned at one time. The idea of a a breakfast was a joke. I had reserved four days but left after two and checked into another hotel. I will never stay again at an Extended Stay facility. I feel as if I should get the entire charge refunded.

Don't bother. Better options in area. Hotel not in the greatest condition. The bathroom door in our room was broken and would not close. No maid service so room was not turned up from day 1 to day 2. No rollaway bed accommodation. Front door security lock broken requiring a front desk call to get back into the hotel at night. Room was outdated and dirty, looking more like a 70s motel than a decent hotel. For $577 (2 nights) it was not good. Rooms are bare bones, and the person covering the front desk during the night shift provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Only stay here if you absolutely have to.

Bad Stay in Ann Arbor Had an altercation with the check in clerk. We had some confusion regarding the payment on the reservation and she was quite rude and belligerent. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again.
Overall review The hotel was not guest-friendly. We have stayed at Extended Stays before which were much more accommodating than this one. There was no eating ware in the room; instead the guest had to go to the front desk and carry a crate of dishware, silverware, cups, etc. up to the room.There was no information booklet in the room describing the hotel and any guest facilities that might be available.. We had to find somewhere to stay ASAP Room was way overpriced. Kitchen amenities never arrived. Kitchen applianced small and old, desk help talked to other worker while checking me in. Did not even offer to help while I struggled to get a full luggage rack into the doors. Lobby was incredible small and cramped. Breakfast was a basket of granola bars in lobby,
WORSE HOTEL EVER IN THE HISTORY OF HOTELS This is literally the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I could go on for days of how bad this place was. The laundry guy tried checking me in and had never used the computer before. He wanted to keep my credit card over night because he didnt know how to enter it in the system. The place had not been vacuumed in about 3 months. The first room I went into had no working toilet, no towels, not clean, not vacuumed, and overall dirty. Bring Flip Flops Carpet was gross and ripped, kitchen and bathroom were ok and the bed was new so that was good. Floor in the room was so gross.
Horrible experience! I reserved this room thru Hotels.com and then contacted the front desk. This was an emergency situation where my daughter was stranded near your hotel. Upon explaining to the hotel the situation and that I was using a friends credit card (friend was willing to talk to front desk person) the hotel still called the local police and had my daughter and a friend escorted from the premises!
