Very poor hotel with inferior amenities. See above. No hair dryer, no housekeeping. Not even cheap.

Find another hotel!! Room has no hairdryer, you must go to lobby and get it. There are not kitchen supplies (dishes, glasses or silverware) or coffee maker. All must be requested from the lobby. There is no maid service for stays of 2 nights. If you want clean towels, you must take dirty towels to lobby and exchange. Breakfast was 2 kinds of packaged muffins and granola bars. Dirty and smelly room 10 min ride to downtown Ann Arbor however uber and lyft has trouble finding the hotel. Breakfast is not very good

Stay Away!!!! The air quality was horrible. I was sick every night, yet when I left the hotel and went to my work site, I was better. Cleanliness was not evident (see my note above). I opened a dresser drawer and the whole front fell off. I opened a kitchen cabinet and the molding at the bottom of the two doors fell off with sharp nails exposed. The bathroom fan was as loud as a truck.

Staff was not available most of the time. They didn't seem to know how to handle things. It was freezing in the hallway. No Coffee was made by 7:30 on Fri morning. Microwave was filthy.

Hotel was hot and noisy and desk clerk was too busy to be working alone. No amenities for kitchen or room were actually in the room, you had to ask for everything at the desk. Dishes, pillows, towels, etc. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay, but you can request it for a fee. I have never heard of that. Overall stayed one night and left to another hotel for the next 3 nights. also, the lobby smelled like cleaning solution in check in, and the continental breakfast and coffee was unacceptable.

just go somewhere else The staff was not friendly, the room smelled and bathroom smelled like urine. There was mild on the frig and it just felt like it wasn't clean. The shower hardly worked and the towels were stained. I did not stay the entire night. I checked out. I itched from check in until I got into the shower at the next hotel.

Horrible experience Worst hotel experience ever from a customer service side of things. Would not recommend this hotel, solely from the way the hotel staff treated me and my family.

Adequate but too close to the highway. Adequate but not a place I would chose again. Rooms on one side of the motel are right in the highway and VERY loud. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Most of the staff was very pleasant. No amenities (no work out room/printer stations/pool)- but there was a laundry facility. Our room had a small cook top but no oven or dishwasher and there was no sofa or roll away bed as we had asked for when we made the reservation.
