DDMP I was told I would get a $20 credit on my c card after I found what looked like a bed bug that bit my wife. They moved us to a different room smaller we checked that small bed it had very bad brown & red stains on the mattress cover.

Decent for 1 night Room wasn't very comfortable, bed is hard, pillows are hard. Took forever for AC to get the room cool. Air was stale. Pretty clean. Very nice staff

Terrible hotel - too close to freeway! This hotel is so close to the freeway that if you need sleep for a procedure at University of Michigan Hospital do not stay here! My husband was to have surgery the next day and was unable to sleep due to the noise of the freeway and the air-conditioning being so noisy. One good thing I can say about the room, new bed, rest of the room was very old and run down!

SUCKY! I had booked this room for my parents for graduation weekend. It was supposed to be a queen bed and they got a double. Also the fact that the other residents that were staying there were slamming doors and children were running up and down the hall did not make them happy. Upon check-in they tried to tell my father that there was no reservation even though he had the confirmation number. Upon check out they tried to bill him as well and then had to get a manager to explain that there was no charge.

Bathroom was dirty Room was ok but the bathroom was dirty. the place smelled like Indian food.
A disaster and the worst customer service ever Complete disaster. Arrived early and while I understood not being able to check in they would not check my bags. After returning later in the evening to check in they did not have a room available for me. They were not only helpful they were not sympathetic to my situation. They blamed it on booking through a third party and then blamed it on a housekeeping issue.
