The room wreaked of smoke and we didn’t get housekeeping during our two night stay. Also, the front desk was regularly absent when we wanted to ask questions about checkout and the smokiness of the room.

Was not able to check into my room till after 4. :00 check-in times at 3. Had a fridge full of groceries. A lot went bad cuz they sat in my hot car and my room was not very clean. Maybe cuz they rushed to clean it. This was an awful experience. Something needs to be done about it. Thank you

I did not like that There was hair all in the bathtub and on the counter there were also ashes in the window seal. Thought this was a no smoking facility.... The tub wouldn't drain so while I took a shower I had to stand in water gross. I really would like my money back on this room. I come here a lot and love this place but my last trip was awful

The entire hotel smells like a bathroom. Even in the room. When you turn on the light in the bathroom, it intensifies that smell. The sheets were not very clear and there was someone’s hair still present (ie on the bed, pillows, and sink) which makes me think that they did not thoroughly clean.
