The room i was given was the accessibility room. When i called the front desk to ask for another room, non accessable but with 2 beds. He was rude and said nope I can not change. There were no cups, plates, bowls or any kitchen items. No hairdryers. Staff was not helpful nor friendly during check-in. Breakfast was only oatmeal packets and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Very disappointing experience.

As soon as we walked into the reception we perceived the smell of weed, it was very notorious that the receptionist was under the influence, but we had to sign a paper stating that we were not going to smoke in the room. When we got into the room there were roaches on the wall, the floor, kitchen counter tops and sink. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The manager on duty Latisa was horribly rude to us. Making us feel like we were the problem that the room that we were assigned to wasn’t anywhere near ready for us when we arrived to the hotel around 4pm. She would talk over us and wouldn’t give us a caring apology for making us feel unwelcome and not heard. She made us feel so uncomfortable and her only solution was to offer us a full refund and not even stay at the hotel.
