Bathtub and surrounding walls not well cleaned when I checked in. Could trace out soap streaks on the surface. There were green spots on the shower curtain as well. And the sink had a mold layer around the hidden space between the sink and the counter top.

Staff seems like they don't want to help.

Surprised of the room not topnotch The customer service was decnet. The bathroom was outdated looks like a senior back in the day rehab bathroom. It had stains on it and the bed every time I sat on it the bed went up. I just needed to sleep. There were no dishes in the cabinets or cookware.

Staff not friendly at all,buffet horrible,drying machine for clothe not clean,ask staff questions act as if they have a problem with you,only 1 bar of soap in room,I've gone to a number to hotels by far this one was the worst

Morning manager was extremely rude. Will never stay again

Hallway smelled like an old apartment, in the middle of the night we had people tried to swipe card in our room and made us uncomfortable for the whole night, when called front desk first guy hangs up then called again and the second personnel told me that the previous gust who stayed in our toom forgot something in the room, vety unprofesional and creepy someone would come in the middle of the night and the front desk personnel did not do anything about it

Find somewhere else to stay It was very disturbing. Guest made us uncomfortable the entire stay. The staff was very rude some girl with purple hair basically told us she told us she’s not doing her job so stay in or out. The only person that did their job was the manager Michael. The bathroom was DISGUSTING!! Don’t stay here at all.

My room had too much condensation. It smelled like a dirty swamp water basement. I could hear every step the guests in the room over mine took. This hotel kind of reminds me of a ghetto apartment building.
