The worst hotel and also so far in the transaction. I booked in this hotel and when I went there to the reception desk and asked for ID, she told me there were no empty rooms. Shortly after I left the hotel, I searched for another hotel. I went down to the bank and cleared the amount. I tried to recover the amount with Expedia. There is no benefit to them, damn it.

Las sábanas no estaban cambiadas el cuarto no estaba limpio había toallas sucias las fundas de las almohadas olían a perfume de personas anteriores que se quedaron había pelo en las sábanas de otra persona y pedí sábanas limpias para ponerlas encima porque no había limpieza en esa habitación

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in and I travel A LOT. Not only was the bathroom floor sticky with random spots of (what I am hoping was) ketchup, but the carpet was sticky was well and riddled with stains. Absolutely gross and we wore out shoes the entire time. They do not clean the rooms at all except for every 2 weeks.

Do NOT stay here. Got there and they gave away my room. And had nothing left other than a queen bed for 3 ppl. Had to buy and airbed and sleep on the floor. Last minute couldn't find anywhere to stay. Charged me for what I resserved (2 dbl bed w studio) instead of what i actually got. Outdated. 32' tvs if even that size. There is minimal to choose from for breakfast tea. Tea and oatmeal if your lucky. Not even a hot water maker in the room. Definitely contacting head office. I repeat do not stay here!!!

The staff were great but the rooms were really run down. We booked a non smoking room but the room obviously was at some point a smoking room because it smelled so badly of stale old smoke. For what we paid and how much time in the room we spent since we were attending the draft in Detroit it wasn’t the worst but could very well be updated and more comfortable.
