The Kitchen didn't have any utensils. Not even a cup. Checked with the front desk and they told that they ran out of them! Very old property with broken windows and broken heater!

The property is outdated it gives you motel vibes. Kitchen net wore out

Terrible service Upstairs room all night walking around and sounds loud, we heard sounds from rooms around us and upstairs all night not good installations. Breakfast is terrible outside park lot is very dirty.

Check in was awful. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes because no staff member was present. Eventually called the hotel from my cell in order to get someone to come to the desk and check me in. Then they sent me to a room that had not yet been prepared for a new guest. So I went back down to the front desk. Again no staff member was present. I had to call them on the phone again in order to get someone to come to the desk and help
