Our First Two Nights We stay two nights. The first night was very good. The second night someone had a dog in their room. The dog barked from 5:30 to 10 pm. I called the front desk about 8 pm. The front desk investigated. I am not sure if the front desk person talked to the owner. Then about 3:16 a.m. it sounded like people were moving furniture. This last for about 2 hours. We finally got up and checked out at 6:15 am.

Run down I will not book at an Extended Stay America Suites again. Hotel was run down. Outside paint was peeling on all sides of the building. Room was run down, carpet was stained, laminated flooring was sticky walking on it, bathroom fan was squealing loudly. Toilet had a weak flushing system so it almost backed up. When I arrived the first night I was told the hotel was booked up when I should have been asked if I had a reservation. Bed was clean and comfortable

Property was average at best. Front desk was helpful. Tv barely worked. Room smelled like weed. Breakfast grab and go closed early.

Overwhelming odor From the first moment I stepped into my room I was overwhelmed by a terrible smell. Almost like someone who stayed previous to me burnt something either in the microwave or on the stove. The smell never went away even with my attempts to open the window and spray disinfectant.

Great customer service, friendly staff. However room is outdated and while it was clean, there was old stains in the room. The tub and on the bathroom sink. It had the standards of a nice motel whether than an hotel. I did like the fact the they provided pots for me to cook in.
