The only thing I like about staying at Extended Stay hotel was that it was close to a mall. When I arrived the check in lady was really nice. But when I got to room there were specks of many stains on the refrigerator I tried to clean and it wouldn't come off. Inside the refrigerator I was able to clean and the residue of bits of food did come off. There was a stain on the computer chair and a red stain on the carpet near the TV area. I dont know about the other rooms but I dont think the housekeepers care about really doing... read more

While Extended Stays are like studio apartments, this one's kitchen refrigerator was EXTREMELY filthy. It looked like the outside hadn't been wiped off in years. Absolutely disgusting. Torn carpet throughout the room. I've stayed here previously as it's close to The Henry Ford, but won't be staying again :( Lost a customer!!!
