The elevators was out of order so I ask the guy at the front desks are they going to compensate us due to the elevators being down and he said you don’t have to stay here after swiping my credit card. So I refuse to stay due to the attitude that the man at the front Desk had, due to booking the hotel online I put my debit card on file to hold the room. Terrible hotel experience The elevator was not working we reserved a room on the first floor because we have a newborn and when we arrived they said the only rooms available were on the 4th floor. The hotel was a mess and very dirty, there was dirty sheets left in the middle of the hallway, various broken things laying around etc. Our room looks like it wasn't cleaned I had to go downstairs and get new sheets and the staff was not friendly, I have used extended stay a lot but after this experience I will never stay at one ag... read more

The room was disgusting. Stains on the linens. Cabinets open, microwave wide open, and shower curtain hanging half off the rod. Honestly didn’t even stay there. Took the loss. Total trash hotel, which is a shame because the area is busy. I do not recommend this hotel at all!
