There was no available room when I arrived even though I had booked one in advance. Had to wait for 2-3 hours in order to get one

The bed, was very very bad...hard and small lumpy surface...just upgrade those mattresses! The staff, Ms. PAYTON, was very professional and sweet! Outside, rhere were beer cans on the grass, not a good look. Then, as we were leaving, some one STLOE, THE WORK CREW TRUCK FROM RIGHT THERE, NO SECURITY CAMERAS!!! No, just no!

The bathroom was in very bad condition.

Terrible Waited 15 minutes to check in no one at the counter. Continue beeping sound 24/7. In the building. Back entrance door keypad doesn't work. Parking in back you have to walk around or stick something in the door. Remote control for the TV didn't work. Just a terrible experience won't be back!

Stayed from Friday to Sunday on the first floor. The person above us stomped around all weekend. Walked hard all night, constantly opening and closing room door above us. Most of the stomping took place throughout the night hours, we did not sleep well the entire weekend. The front desk was advised multiple times. We asked for fresh towels Saturday night and were given unfolded dirty towels from the front desk employee. The towels had obvious dirt and yellow stains.
