Nice kitchenette for the lowest cost hotel!!! A great place to stay, especially for the price and a kitchen. Very nice staff, no mater who's behind the desk. Always has been clean. Good neighborhood, right next to much more expensive hotels. I've stayed there many times and will continue to come back. They treat a tired traveler well.

Nice place for the low rates Very basic, but clean and staff was very friendly. You can't beat the low price and my next stay will be cheaper because extended lowered my rate because I found a lower rate online so they matched the rate and gave me 10 percent off just as they advertised without any hassle. I was sure there was a catch but there was not. When in Detroit I will always stay at the location. Internet was not free but there is is One time fee of $4.99 which is good for the whole Month. was a lot better than expected I was looking for somewhere cheap for one night stay and was not expecting much. However, it turned out to be good deal. The manager was friendly, the room was comfy, hotel was located close to the major shopping centers.

Good value This hotel was a good value.The rooms were spacious and clean.Not a luxury hotel,but a good value at an affordable price point.

Detroit The place is geat. Basic cheap hotel. It was clean, but the cleaning products give off a foul odor. I can't recommend this place until they fix the odors and replace the hallway carpets. They hallways looked pretty shabby THe front desk closed at 11pm, and the front door was unattended throught the night

kitchenette We have never stayed at this hotel chain before. it was not the Hilton but We would stay again. we found it interesting that they were called efficiency suites. we really enjoyed the kitchenette. It have a sink, stove top, microwave, dinner wear, and a full size fridge! it reminded us of an apartment dwelling. i am guessing that all Extendastays are like this and for the price it was just what we needed, just a bed, bath and even a ktchenette.
