Extended Stay America Detroit - Madison Heights The TV cable did not work the second day, when we called the desk they tryed to help on the phone, that did not help. They had no person to repair or fix the problem, no extra equipment, no extra rooms to change, then they ask me to call the cable company to report the problem, we did, they did call back, so no cable for the second night and day. no TV only complaint was that the TV was not working - maintance man was off for the weekend and manager was not available to help w/ changing room and we would have to wait for 2 hrs. which was not possible as we had places to visit, etc.

great location for christmas shopping Our trip was to include Christmas shopping and some church business. The hotel was very easy to find off the freeway. It was a few minutes from a couple malls and just a couple more from our church activity. Very cool. The atmosphere inside the hotel was peaceful and quiet. We got our pick of which floor to stay on. Great Room for the Money This hotel building seems a bit older, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.
