We did not shower because there was hair on every wash cloth and towel. In addition to that, you had to run the hot water for 10 minutes for it to get hot.

never again Hair everywhere... All over the bathroom... Shower, floor, walls and sink.. the restroom looked like it had never been cleaned.
Expected More:( This hotel is in a nice business area and I love this chain so it seemed like a good fit. Unfortunately, when I walked in it reeked of cigarettes, especially the garbage can. They need to enforce their policy on smoking in rooms better. It also looked like the housekeeping skimps when they can. The room didn't look thoroughly maintained. If you have to stay there.... There was no continental breakfast, and my room had 1 large towel, the bathroom floor was covered in hair, there was 1 plastic cup, the ice trays that are in the room are dirty, and you have to request any of the Kitchen supplies.. But I will say the people at the front desk are very nice and helpful.. They were kind enough to refund my room without me even having to ask or mention it, they also kept apologizing.. But the bed... Horribly uncomfortable.. And believe me, I'm not that picky!!

Room was clean Very Bad internet connection. They only offer 2 MB of internet. Was very disappointed. Also AC wasn't up to the standard. If you need internet access i would not recommend. The Room was clean though.

The people that work there are very helpful and nice. The hotel was dated and a little worn. The toiletries were limited. Only shampoo and soap. There is no blow dryer.
Extended Stay...Definitely Not. The lobby area was very small, as we were coming in with two children and suitcases, travel bags, etc. The luggage cart was literally falling apart. The elevator smelled very bad, and it smelled bad in the hallway by the elevator on the second floor. Our room was a disappointment, for sure. Will not stay here again Upon check-in, man at front desk was helping another customer. After the customer left, he used some expletives regarding the customer who left. I was extremely unimpressed with the staff. The room smelled and was definitely a lot nicer on the outside than the inside. However, my bed was clean and comfortable.
