The alarms were immaculately clean the staff is friendly fast and efficient my privacy is respected the manager and the team that they have a front is totally awesome anytime I come to Detroit I am only staying in this hotel

Lock issues There was a an issue with the key lock that made frustrating to get in and out tof the room. It gave me some concerns with security. Besides that issue it was nice for a one night stay.

First Floor me Please I stayed on the 2nd floor. There were children above me on the 3rd floor. They made noise all day AND all night! The noise was so bad one night/early morning my husband called the desk regarding. Neither of us could sleep.

Refrigerator was not working ,something they need too check on before renting the rooms. Besides that it was ok. And they needed to get the parking lot plowed, it wasn't done at all and I almost fell walking on ice and snow.
