Had to stay last minute because of another hotel chains shortcomings. Couldnt be happier we picked extended stay america

Extraordinary Service The service at this property is impeccable. All of the GSR staff represent customer service at its greatest.
Amazing Customer Service! The staff were excellent! Connie and her crew rock! Mariya was so funny and helpful! They were friendly and kind, helped us at every turn during a tough time for our family. We felt safe and the room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable too! I would return here for the staff!
Overall, nice place No utensils in room as noted in room, but when asked, they promptly furnished them. Did not look at breakfast prior to staying. They have coffee, muffins etc, so that was disappointing, but that error was on me not hotel. Front door is locked, with card access only, at 9:30 each evening due to neighborhood. We did not have any issues while we stayed there for 3 nights. Front desk clerks always friendly and cheerful.
