I had a non-smoking room which was on the 3rd floor. The entire floor smelled heavy of smoke. I was moved to 1st floor which was much better. The loud sounds coming from vents in the bathroom, noisy refrigerator and the sounds in the halls of people entering and exiting their rooms who were near, sounded as if they were trying to enter my room.

Irresponsible Front desk clerk asked for my personal credit card so they can hold the car in the event of any damages to the room. They indicated that the card was not going to be charged unless otherwise. Later that day I found out they charge me $146 on my card. The clerk made an error in charge my personal card as opposed to charging the Expedia card on file. Due to that error I was not able to purchase my generator that I needed because we had a storm and most of the homes in the area were without power.

I guess I didn't understand the concept of "extended stay". This means you get an empty kitchen, with nothing in it - you have to ask for a spoon, a coffee mug, a coffee maker. You receive just that, a dirty coffee machine with one packet of Folgers coffee, no fixings. No maid service (assume you could get this if you request it? - not sure). There was someone else's hair all over the bathroom floor, the remote was grimy. It constantly smelled like other people's food or smoke. I was told by reception that there was no lugga... read more

Poor hotel for the area This place is horrible. It's dirty and poorly kept. Turned on the shower and a big wad of hair floated away from the drain. Wall paper peeling away from the walls, old uncomfortable beds and virtually no amenities. No coffee maker in the room, no cups of any kind. There was trash in the hallway, dirty towels laying in the hallway. The hair dryer didn't work, and the elevator stopped working when I was there. They advertise breakfast, but that is only coffee, granola bars and instant oatmeal. I will ne... read more

Crime Scene There was yellow crime scene tape down the hall from our room and 4 police officers there. Staff was surly. Will never stay there again.

Cold Showers 3 mornings of cold showers really soured me on the experience.

terrible and over priced No hot water, no tv remote, broken chair, dirty sink, dirty towels, and dirty sheets. If you want to pay $100 a night for a terrible hotel go for it. But hopefully this review will discourage others from booking this terrible hotel.

Awful Hotel Paid for a nonsmoking room and they try to put me in a smoking room. Claiming they had no nonsmoking lefts unless I paid extra for a bigger room .
