Took over 10 minutes to be let in to check in. Poor smell in hallway of room. No coffee machine or any cups/glasses unless you call down for them.

Hi we had reservations to stay here on thanksgiving day, we walked into the hotel and it smelt horrible, like mold. We get to our room the sheets were dirty and there was black mold growing rapidly in the tub and on the floor. And the room itself smelt horrible. Needless to say we left and didn’t stay here.

yesterday saturday i made a reservation for extended stay America in Raritan center in edison nj. for a 1 queen size bed. when i arrived they stated that they only had a room with double queen beds. the cost that they offered me was not the same as i paid online. the front desk rep said he could not change the price because i made the reservation through Expedia . i called Expedia and spoke with mr saddy and he had me on hold for for almost 2 hours. mr saddy gave me number to call for them to resolve the situation. i called ... read more

I give the room a 3 out of 10. The bed was more like a twin size, the recliner was hard with a big tear in the middle of the seat, the tv is extremely small and low, the table didn't have chairs to sit and eat, the bathroom tub drips and the sink is stopped up. Everyone knows to put the tissue over and not under..lol. I may change to a 2 out of a 10.

Don’t book here The hotel is absolutely horrible such a shame I stayed here about 5 years ago I am from Edison New Jersey and moved to Texas. It’s located in a nice business area so you wouldn’t think it would be a run down hotel. Me and my father were coming to town for a wedding we booked this hotel for our WHOLE stay, and when we pulled up the parking lot was completely full, people roaming around outside (sus behavior), looked more of like an apartment or section 8 than a comfy hotel. Property was not clean and felt shady. The linens, room tables and wash basins had hair, all over the places. The blanket was stinking; hence I didn't use the blanket throughout my stay for 2 nights. The lobby's had very weird smell too. No breakfast was included, and not many restaurants nearby to go and eat. Overall, I had a bad experience and wouldn't be choosing this hotel anytime I am travelling in US. Not at all recommended.
