Extended stay America, Edison hotel experience. It was a bad experience, the room was not clean, we asked for extra pillows, it was not provided, the furniture and bed was in bad condition. The staff was not helpful at all. We ask to clean the room, the receptionist told they only clean in 14 days. Worst experience of my life staying in a hotel. Never ever will stay in extended America. Not so good. The building, rooms, bathrooms, all were terrible and outdated. The front desk staff was nice but manager Ramkrishan by himself was rude, toxic and highly unprofessional. He should have been trained about customer care before making him manager.

No good rooms Rooms are not at all clean and getting degraded I stayed in the same hotel in 2019 and it is degraded alot after that
