The hotel is run down, the furniture is old and falling apart. The cabinets in the kitchen are warped, the draws barely open. The small dresser in the room is beat up and the draws don't stay on the tracks. The beds don't have mattress protectors and are stained with what looks like urine and blood. The carpets look old and stained. The room is just dark and depressing. Their are people in the hallways all through the night being very loud. Banging doors, hallway smells of smoke. Terrible. From the non existent breakfast to the hallway that reeked of vomit and pee. I had the chance to stay here last night and i wouldn’t again. I had some guy screaming at his wife and child for existing basically. It constantly smelled no matter where you were. The beds however were super comfy and the staff seemed very respectful and kind.

Room was fine, but some details were not great Room was pretty standard. There were two marks down for comfort. The first is because the bed was not great. My wife thought the sheets/blankets were really thin and she was cold all night, plus my back was a little sore waking up in the morning. The second is because the shower ran out of hot water about 10 minutes in. The mark down for cleanliness is because there was a whole bunch of the prior occupant's hair in the bathroom sink. The rooms have very foul odors suck as curry spice and other foul and unpleasant odors that made me nauseous all night. I slept with windows open all night. Luckily the current temp was within a mild spring temperature. The rooms are not properly ventilated to air out for other hotel guests. Suggestions We stay for 45 days. Room cleaning was done bi weekly. We suggest it must be weekly. Breakfast must be eggless for vegetarian who does not eat eggs, chicken or fish. Must have breakfast for diabetic or any other conditions.

Reservation was not in the hotel system Your system did not put my reservation in the extended stay system!!! They had no idea I was coming but luckily the guy was nice and he found a room for me and honored my rate. Hotels.com is a scam I am done using this site People were smoking cigarettes in the hallway here but it’s whatever I needed a cheap place that doesn’t charge for dogs

Uncomfortable bed, skimpy pillows, noisy fridge and ventilation system, broken alarm clock, had to ask for drinking cups. Room was near hotel laundry and there were loud voices and screaming children til about midnight from that area.
