I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my family and I experienced a significant issue during our stay that significantly impacted our overall experience. We encountered heavy weed smoke and noise from other guests and their pets, which affected our ability to enjoy our stay. Terrible Experience Didn't stay. Had a reservation for 2 nights. Checked in and dropped our luggage off in the room We had to set up for a show at the Expo Center and trturned to hotel in the evening. There was a group of people hanging out in the hallway near our room. One man was yelling and cursing at a group of women that he was with. They might have been hookers. First of all, this hotel is nearby to absolutely nothing. It's in a cold industrial neighborhood. The room itself was OK: comfortable bed, desk, leather easy chair. The little kitchen had a very loud refrigerator, which I finally unplugged. The bathroom light included a loud rickety ceiling fan that could not be turned off without turning off the light. Crime scene We arrived at the hotel at about 10pm. We were in room 143 the person staying in room 140 was not answering the door and someone was banging on their door for about an hour (banging, kicking and yelling). Finally the police showed up and eventually kick the door in. Next thing you know there is crying and screaming and then we hear the cops yelling you cant come in its a crime scene.
